Adam J Humphreys

Adam John Humphreys was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada March 31, 1982 and raised on Vancouver Island with 3 little sisters. He spent most of growing years playing basketball, acting, reading business books, and designing custom electronic circuitry. He won 1st place in Canada for robotics on 18th birthday at the British Columbia Institute of Technology Skills Canada Competition with a couple of colleagues. He left college in 2001 to start own business when realizing they were using too dated material to keep up to industry. Being on the cutting edge was very important to him so he started working with the people that developed the technology so he could offer his clients the latest, and greatest. After spending two years in business in 2003 he moved on to work for Microsoft in TS to see what the average North American business/consumer was really looking for in computing technology. He moved to Alberta later that year to pursue the riches of oil and an all too promising economy. Adam Moved to Calgary June 15, 2006 after much encouragement from so many to get back into IT consulting, web development and business solutions as an entrepreneur.

Currently in the groundworks of establishing corporate identity for his flagship corporation Making 8 Inc. while helping business clients accomplish their goals. Adam is also pursuing other interests including DJing, acting, and continued learning. Adam currently resides in Edmonton, Alberta continuing professional development in his field, and helping others reach their goals through leveraging technology. Adam's top 3 talents in information technology as a project manager include SEO (Search Engine Optimization), web development, and network administration.
